The big booking sites add their own fees. Booking here skips them, so the same nights cost about 9% less, and there is no guest service fee. The price you see in the booking card is the price you pay, plus local taxes.

The booking card shows your full price and payment schedule before you confirm, so you know exactly what is charged and when.

Full refund 30+ days before check-in. Half refund 7–29 days before. No refund inside 7 days. Full refund within 24 hours of booking if check-in is at least 7 days away.

When you book direct, you confirm your identity once during checkout. It protects the home and its owner the way the big booking sites do, and it only takes a minute.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM and checkout by 10:00 AM. Your door code and arrival notes arrive by message before your stay, and the code works from check-in time.

Dogs are welcome at Yellowtail and Belgrade Lower-Level Apartment. Each home's page has the details. The other homes don't allow pets.

Montana lodging taxes (and the Big Sky resort tax for homes in Big Sky) are added at checkout and shown before you pay.
